PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Another Kingdom: Light Stage marks a new beginning — a truce and a return to origins. The chess set serves more than a playful purpose; its pieces embody the tension between repairing the past and shaping a better future. Reflecting the hope of avoiding future conflict, the whimsical characters are born to rewrite the story. Like life, each move carries weight, a reminder that change is always possible.

The creation process involves 3D printing, molding, sculpting, and polymer casting, complemented by hand finishing and acrylic painting. Each set includes an NFC chip, certifying the artwork’s authenticity and recording its digital provenance.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Combined technique with hack-working craft is used in chess. The manufacture of each set has the following stages: fine-detailed 3D printing from photopolymer plastic, molding, modeling, polymeric casting, manual processing of objects and acrylic painting.
