The sculpture explores the phenomenon of wealth and its transformation in Russian history, continuing Yoomoota's iconic monetary series. The work is created from authentic Soviet-era ruble banknotes and MMM bonds — one of the greatest financial frauds of the 20th century. "Fast Money: Steady Income" embodies the dream of millions and its collapse, which marked the transition to post-Soviet culture. The sculpture presents money as part of the hopes, fears, and legends of the past that remain in the collective memory of new generations.
