Taras Zheltyshev (known as Taras Yoom), the human that revealed the Yoomoota collection. He was a doctor before he became the captain of spaceship Popato-1 that explores the Yoomota universe. As an artist on planet Earth he is a multiple participant of international exhibitions and the winner of prestigious design awards who is well-known for using his knowledge of biology and nature with a personalization approach in design and art projects

In his early twenties, Taras worked part-time in a laboratory and an architectural bureau, creating interior items and art objects. While he was inventing an exquisite combination of organic and functional works, the design, artistic activity, and biophysics merged into unity in his mind. Over time, his projects blurred the boundary between visible reality and the hidden natural processes of organisms he observed during medical studies. That led to the prevalence of histological ornaments, molecular images, and the living organisms’ colors and shapes in the art.
